Delete Your Flatly Account
Per Google Play and GDPR guidelines, you may request permanent deletion of your Flatly account and personal data at any time.
Prefer to delete directly inside the app?
Open the Flatly Mobile App → Go to More > Profile > Delete Account. Instant in-app deletion takes immediate effect without waiting for email verification.
What Will Be Deleted
- • Your full name and email address
- • Google OAuth and authentication tokens
- • Profile avatar and contact preferences
- • Push notification device tokens
- • Active chore assignments & personal checklists
What Remains for Household Balance
To protect remaining roommates from corrupted accounting, historical expense records you created are retained in your roommates’ ledger with your name anonymized as “[Former Flatmate]”.
